Eyes
When working at our computers, we tend to stare and the computer screen. This will cause our eye to become very dry and irritated. These stretches will help to relax the eye muscles and lubricate the eyes.

1. Blink Blink 10 times. Repeat 2-3x. This will keep the eyes lubricated and will reduce dryness and irritation. |

2. Focus Change Look across the room or outside a window and focus on objects at varying distances. This will relax the muscles surrounding the eye lens. |
