Our Team Approach

Teamwork is a critical part of how we approach any project. By working together as a team, we support all of our clients with a wide span of experience and expertise. Allocating a lead and supporting consultant to all projects permits us to share best practices from across multiple environments, bringing an effective, diverse, and applied "third party" perspective. Working as a team utilizes our depth of experience and permits ongoing learning, mentoring, and professional development. This permits our team to provide value-added, relevant, and consistent support to all of our clients.

Professional Standards

All of our Canadian consultants are members of the Association of Canadian Ergonomists (ACE). In addition, they have all either attained the professional designation of Canadian Certified Professional Ergonomist (CCPE) or Associate Ergonomist (AE), or are actively working towards these certifications via the Canadian College for the Certification of Professional Ergonomists (CCCPE). Options Incorporated strictly adheres to the CCCPE Code of Ethics that establishes common standards for practice and professional conduct.
