Effective 1 Jul 2014, the Ministry of Labour (MOL) requires all companies to complete basic workplace health and safety awareness training. The "Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps" and "Supervisor Health and Safety Awareness in 5 Steps" workbooks are components of a suite of products currently under development by the MOL. Workplaces covered by the Ontario's Occupational Health & Safety Act (OHSA) are required to display the poster effective 1 Oct 2012. Workplace Harassment & Violence
All consultants must annually review the below eLearning module on Workplace Harassment & Violence (WH&V) to facilitate identification of potential instances of harassment and violence including domestic violence in the workplace. The module establishes a basic foundation for reduction and prevention including how to summons assistance, report incidents, and specific actions/strategies to reduce identified risks. The module also serves as a quick reference guide.

Surviving an Active Shooting Incident
This video compliments the identification, reduction and prevention focus of our WH&V program to avoid physical confrontation. However, it's unique in that it uses an extreme scenario to highlight only you can make the decision as to what action to take - including defending yourself using physical violence.
